Minimum Attendance
All the law courses are regular and full time courses. No candidate can seek admission in any other course whilst being student of the College. The minimum attendance in theory and practical classes is 75% (as per BCI/GNDU) to be eligible to appear in the semester examination. During the Covid period, as per Punjab Government/GNDU guidelines, on-line classes are counted towards attendance.

College Discipline
The students are subjected to the College discipline and guidelines of Education Ministry, UGC, Bar Council, St. Soldier Educational Society and GNDU.
Promotion to Next Classes: As per norms of Guru Nanak Dev University/BCI, the promotion to odd semesters i.e 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th is based on passing the minimum papers in the lower semesters. But promotion from odd to the next even semesters is automatic.

Pass Percentage
As per the existing Ordinances of GNDU, pass percentage in each paper is 45% of the total marks. The examination center is in the College itself.
Internships
After every semester examination, the candidates are placed for internship training in the High Court/ Distt. Courts. (accommodating possible choice of stations).
