LAW IN ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS

The Present paper explores the concept of rule of law in administrative actions beginning from its origin to its subsequent developments. After which a progression has been made to the Indian Constitutional and Judicial aspects of this concept, which are of highest importance. According to the idea of the rule of law, no one is above the law and everyone is subject to its authority, regardless of their position or rank.
