Justification of the Same Sex marriages
Since the very long time LGBTQIA+ community that have more than 72+variations are struggling for their rights on the same sex marriage . It is almost legal in 34 countries . But the question arises out of it is whether the homosexual marriages will workout even if they are named as spouse other than male or female. Or they are allowed to adopt the children.
Homosexual marriages no doubt will be promoting the adoption and more will this move toward balancing the population . As India already ranks second the world in the terms of the population . But the consequences of the same sex marriages can affect a child mentally too. Justification to this point is that a child would never be able to experience the both perspectives of a mother and a father . Also it will lead to deterioration of him/her in the society.
Also the same sex marriages question maintainability too. If for an instance they allow the same sex marriages in the future. It may to result in the divorce. Further they will demand for maintainability. Who will be liable to pay whom…?Who will nourish the child after that. Who will pay financial maintenance to whom . This exactly is too difficult to be defined .
No one is discreted to get their rights but if they violate public interest could result in devastation too. Queer marriages will not only question the maintainability but will too demand for the medical insurance , life insurance , reservation and more. This will create complications for the society too. A separate demand for the rights in society and for having different societal standard too.
The Queer Marriages will only work in the only atmosphere where the community is in support of them. The majoritarism cannot be wrong as they already know the consequences of the queer marriages in the India.So from my perspective legalizing the gay marriages in India should be done thinking of all the perspective . As legalizing it can’t be denied properly.
